About the Society

Fleet and North Hants Philatelic Society is a small but active forum for stamp collectors in the North Hampshire. The majority of members are from the immediate Fleet / Church Crookham area but there are members in Hartley Wintney, Odiham, Farnborough and Basingstoke. The monthly meetings are a mixture of invited speakers and “do it yourself evenings” where most collecting tastes are served.

We have been privileged, over the years, to have seen some of the top philatelic presentations. In addition we have visits from, and to other societies where we have the ability to show and see a wide variety of materials. Members have access to a Stamp Packet Circuit which give the opportunity to fill the gaps in the collection. A major event in the season is the Annual Auction which has about 100 lots of very varied material and attracts interest from collectors far and wide.
